The white color scheme, based on human lighting design, influences biorhythms by adjusting light warmth, saturation, and sources to support morning alertness and evening relaxation. Key elements include clean lines, neutral tones, modern furnishings, optimal lighting, sound insulation, and ergonomic layouts. This project provides a prestigious setting and fosters a community where creativity and business thrive.
